Buying property is our full-time 24/7 passion and we work alongside sales agents daily. Buyer’s Agents work exclusively for the buyer as opposed to sales agents who work exclusively for the vendor. Our aim is to eliminate the competition to save our clients precious time and money. the facts
Less than 25% of people own 2 or more properties in NSW, hence, property buyers as a majority are simply not experts at negotiating on property. Simply looking at only 5 properties a week does not give you a complete picture of value representations. We look at approximately 20-50 properties each week and attend multiple auctions every single week. This provides me with up to date - day by day expert knowledge of the current market. We negotiate on property weekly and are experts in real estate negotiation and strategy. Understanding the market and the value representations with each and every opportunity is extremely important to ensure you don't end up buying a lemon.
